we at the Online
Music School
do not have
access to your
credit card
details at any
time but we
are able to
refund your
credit card
via 2Checkout.com
or PayPal
if the need
arises.

Damaged
Items.
We
take great care
with your order
and pack each
item in protective
bubble wrap enclosed
in a heavy duty
Jiffy Bag. However,
goods can be damaged
in transit and
should you receive
a damaged Video,
DVD or CD, all
you have to do
is return it to
us in its original
condition within
7 days of the
date you received
the item. Once
we receive the
damaged item,
we will send you
a replacement
immediately. You
will be refunded
the postal cost
of returning the
goods and you
will not be charged
any additional
postage and packaging
fees for replacement
shipments.
If for some reason
we cannot send
you a replacement,
a full refund
will be issued
to your credit
card for the price
(including post
& packaging)
that you originally
paid for the item.

Postal Charges Table.

International shipping costs using FedEx, UPS and EMS Courier
are very expensive from Ireland, so we use An Post, (The Irish
Postal Service). The table below shows the actual An Post postal
charges in Euros, based on the 500gms Package Rate for a Video
and the 250 gms Package Rate for the DVD and CDs. (N.B. All products
are shipped in heavy duty Jiffy Bags).
